Although there is a standrad in Hungary, balancing of rotors has been managed as a peripherical problems
for ages, and it is managed still now at many places. Everybody knows its consequence. Air-blower on the motor-arbor is a
typical example of neverending complaints. The maker doesn't balanc rotors.After fitting the motor goes wrong, usually
within guarantee time. Both of them blame each other of course, bute nobody can prove. If the partners managed the
balancing in the procedure seriously, the endless argument would fail, which needs more energy than resolving the problem.
In the market conditions it is worth considering to buy balancing machines also for big companies. Most monger wants to
sell high technics, "Good For All" machines are appeared, which services can't be always emloyed, but without reference
to exploitage degree the price and operational costs align to being universal.
Our company tried to resolve the inconsonance of the restricted supply powers and increased demans with
developing a machine family. It makes so much compromise in its services, which doesn't affect the producting in usual
technological conditions negatively, but doesn't make any in balancing precision.
The balancing machine is the machine of buliding in series. As the mass balancing happens outside the
machine, the period time is defined by the intervention's technological time. Every member of the family operates with the
same electronical module. When you want to balanc extreme-mass-rotor, you needn't buy a new, complete machine, this way
the capital outlay can be decreased. The price can be cut down by using layer at bigger machines.
The electronical module is a vibrometer, X-Y instruments can be connected to the machine, which the
spectrum of the rotor or other object can be drawn with. This way yuo can analyse arbor-failers and other problems.
